Memorial and Commemorative Brick Order Form

Thank you for ordering a memorial brick for the Memorial Brick Patio at the Escondido campus.

There is an absolute maximum of 21 characters per line, and it is
strongly recommended that you limit each line to 18 characters.

Text will be centered horizontally and vertically on the brick.
Text will be in all upper-case.

Orders will be placed once per year on August 1st provided that the
minimum number of bricks is reached.  If there are not enough bricks,
orders will be postponed to the following year's order.
